    After leaving the Marine Corps, Don Primm began selling cars in 1953 when he discovered car salesmen got a free demonstration car! In 1969, he became one of the original Porsche/Audi dealers in the U.S. He has been president of both the Akron Area Auto Dealer's Association and the Ohio Auto Dealer's Association. He has also served on the Porsche dealer counsel. Currently, Don is an advisor for SCORE and sits on the Board of The Victim's Assistance of Summit County.

    Michelle began her automotive career filing paperwork in the Service Department. In high school, her summer job began in the parts department, and then moved on to the auto office, culminating as Office Manager. After completing her degrees in both finance and economics at Kent State University, she returned to Cascade as Business Manager and then General Manager She is now a Managing Partner. She is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy.

    Pat has been working at Cascade since childhood and has worked in every department. Having been around Porsche and Audi products since 1969 he is an expert in these automobiles. Pat actually learned to drive in a 911. A graduate of both Walsh Jesuit High School and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio he also attended the National Automobile Dealer Association's 'Dealer Candidate Acadamy'. Pat is past President of the Akron Area Automobile Dealer Association. He lives in Silver Lake and is a golf addict.

    Mike has been service manger since 1996. He is a graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School and has a Geology degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. When not in service Mike spends as much time as possible fishing in Lake Erie on his boat or relaxing at his cabin on Catawbe Island. He is also an avid soccer player/fan.

    Dave has been with Cascade since 1983. Dave graduated from Walsh Jesuit High School and attended Kent State University. Dave lives in the Northampton Township section of Cuyahoga Falls. When not working Dave can be found improving his lie on the golf course or attending sporting events.

    Debbie is a graduate of Streetsboro High School. She has been in the auto industry since 1989. Debbie has two sons, Corey and Cody, living in the Stow-Monroe Falls area since 1998. Debbie can answer any question regarding parts or accessories.

    David is Subaru Certified and AFIP Certified for Finance. He has lived in Firestone Park for 27 years with his wife of 28 years. He has 2 children, 24 and 26 years old. David is a 1975 Akron Garfield High School graduate and spent time in machinist school in 1980 and studied basic electronics in the U.S. Navy. David is involved in the Firestone Park Recreation Department as a baseball/softball coach and consultant. He is involved with his church fundraiser and dinner events and enjoys gardening, collectible car events, playing tennis and golfing.

    Abe is a Certified Subaru Peak Performer and a Certified Mazda Sales Consultant. He was in the top 50 sales consultants in the Great Lakes region in 2008 and maintains a 92% customer satisfaction index. He lives in Cuyahoga Falls and has a teenage daughter, Kelly. "She makes me proud every day." He is also an uncle to Krystal, Sarah and Jacob. Abe is a Stow Monroe Falls High School Alumni and attended Cleveland State University. He enjoys the outdoors, hiking, fishing and traveling to new places.

    Tom has been in the auto industry for 10 years. He is a Certified Internet Sales Manager and a member of The Association of Automotive Internet Sales Professionals. He has received the GM Mark of Excellence Award multiple times. Tom lives in Copley and is a Kent Roosevelt graduate. Married for 46 years, he has two sons and two grandchildren. Tom holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Akron. He was VP of the West Akron Baseball League in 1996, earned the Summit County Theraputic Foster Parent of the Year Award, a U.S. Sailing judge and the Commadore of the Midwest Catamaran Racing Club. He raced sail boats for 31 years and was a National Champion. Currently, Tom is rediscovering his golf swing, continues to travel and follow NASCAR and other auto racing

    George is Cascade's longest serving employee. He started right out of highschool in 1978 and has never looked back. We proudly named our new service wing the "Donaldson Annex" in honor of George's many years of service.

    Mike has been a Porsche Certified parts specialist since 2004, working with European car parts since 1977. Mike is a certified Mazda and Audi Parts Counter Specialist, working with Subaru parts since 1982. He lives in Massillon, Ohio with his wife, likes all genres of music and is an accomplished rock guitarist. Mike holds a monthly guitar class at Navarre YMCA which is sponsored by True Hope Community Fellowship.

    Bev is a former Notary Public for the State of Florida. She was born in Akron but spent 25 years in Florida, 5 years in Tennessee, and then returned to Ohio in 2008. She is a graduate of Firestone High School and attended the University of Akron and Manatee Community College. Bev volunteers her services to Muscular Dystrophy charities and Hospice Services. She enjoys playing guitar and is enthusiastic about all sports.
